NO SCHOOL

Yesterday the boys came running home saying there's No School the rest of the week!!!! I ask why? Because of the Hurricane. Its not going to hit us. No Mom but the people are coming here and are going to our school. Here's the e-mail I got after the phone call with the recording that confirmed what they had told me. Prepared by the Comal ISD Communications Office State and county officials have asked us to open three of our schools in New Braunfels as evacuation shelters over the next few days for evacuees from the Texas coast. As a result, they cannot be open for school. So, the following three schools in Comal ISD will be closed to students on Thursday and Friday this week. There will be no school at the following three schools: Church Hill Middle Morningside ES Freiheit ES All teachers and staff at these three schools are to report to work both days.These are the only three schools impacted by the evacuation order from the state. All other Comal ISD schools will be operating on a normal schedule the rest of this week unless we notify you otherwise. The pending storm has caused us to cancel, reschedule, or postpone various athletic events over the next few days. Check our website for updates or call your middle school or high school front office.
