Lemons and Sugar

This should probably be taped to your bathroom mirror where one could read it every day. You may not realize it, but it's 100% true.
  1. There are at least two people in this world that you would die for.
  2. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way.
  3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you.
  4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.
  5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.
  6. You mean the world to someone.
  7. You are special and unique.
  8. Someone that you don't even know exists loves you. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.
  9. When you think the world has turned its back on you take another look.
  10. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks.
always remember.... when life hands you Lemons, ask for Sugar and call me over! Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them, But you know they are always there. 'Whenever One Door Closes There is Always Another That Opens, Even Though Sometimes It's Hell in the Hallway' I would rather have one rose and a kind word from a friend while I'm here than a whole truckload when I'm gone. ****************************************************************************************************************************

To the Keepers:
One day a mother died. And on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of her bedroom, the daughter was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't any more. No more hugs, no more lucky moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat,No more 'just one minute' .
Sometimes, what we care about the most goes away. never to return before we can say good-bye, Say 'I Love You.' So while we have it .. . it's best we love it . . And care for it and fix it when it's broken and take good care of it when it's sick..
This is true for marriage ....and friendships And children with bad report cards; And dogs with bad hips; And aging parents and grandparents We keep them because they are worth it, Because we cherish them!
Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a classmate we grew up with.
There are just some things that make us happy, No matter what. Life is important, and so are
the people we know And so, we keep them close!
I received this from someone today who thought I was a 'KEEPER'!

I got this in an E~Mail today from my sister and have seen it before. I just had to post it here!
SOME BODY'S RAISING THEIR KID RIGHT! One Nation, 'Under God'.One day a 6 year old girl was sitting in a classroom. The teacher was going to explain evolution to the children. The teacher asked a little boy: Tommy do you see the tree outside? TOMMY: Yes. TEACHER: Tommy, do you see the grass outside? TOMMY: Yes. TEACHER: Go outside and look up and see if you can see the sky. TOMMY: Okay. (He returned a few minutes later) Yes, I saw the sky. TEACHER: Did you see God up there? TOMMY: No. TEACHER: That's my point. We can't see God because he isn't there. Possibly he just doesn't exist.A little girl spoke up and wanted to ask the boy some questions. The teacher agreed and the little girl asked the boy: Tommy, do you see the tree outside? TOMMY: Yes. LITTLE GIRL: Tommy do you see the grass outside? TOMMY: Yessssss! LITTLE GIRL: Did you see the sky? TOMMY: Yessssss! LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the teacher? TOMMY: Yes LITTLE GIRL: Do you see her brain? TOMMY: No LITTLE GIRL: Then according to what we were taught today in school, she possibly may not even have one! (You Go Girl!) 'FOR WE WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT' II CORINTHIANS 5:7

Hail in San Antonio

Today on My SA News:
A thin line of severe thunderstorms packing high winds and small hail raked the San Antonio area Tuesday evening. Brief but hard rainfall, accompanied by pea-size hail, was reported throughout the area as the storms moved from west to east about 9 p.m. Police reported some traffic snarls but no major problems. While the rain brought some much-needed relief to parched South Texas, it was not enough to keep the area from being placed under a red flag warning Wednesday until 5 p.m. A very dry air mass will drop humidity into the teens. Combed with 15-25 mph winds, the conditions will promote fires that are difficult to control. It sure was loud hitting the roof. Mason slept threw the whole storm and Cole was wide awake he even went outside and got some piece's of the hail to show Daddy when he got home from working at the Rodeo ( Taylor Swift played last night) I told him he would have to wait and show Daddy in the morning.
